2. Artwork Presentation
(1) The website provides information about artworks, editions, formats, materials, and other characteristics.
(2) We take reasonable care to ensure that the information is accurate and up to date. However, the presentation of an artwork does not guarantee its availability.
(3) Images displayed on screens may differ slightly from the physical artwork, particularly in colour, contrast, proportions, and detail.
(4) The presentation of an artwork on this website does not constitute a legally binding offer.
3. Inquiries by Email
(1) Questions about artworks may be submitted exclusively by email.
(2) The inquiry button may prepare an email containing information about the selected artwork. The email is sent through your own email application. The website itself does not submit an order or conclude a contract.
(3) Sending an inquiry is non-binding and does not create an obligation to purchase or sell an artwork.
(4) Any availability, price, payment, delivery, collection, insurance, or other contractual terms will be communicated separately where relevant.
4. Separate Agreements
(1) If the parties subsequently agree on the purchase, licensing, loan, or other use of an artwork, the contract is concluded separately from this website.
(2) The terms communicated and agreed for that particular transaction apply. Any mandatory statutory rights, including applicable consumer rights, remain unaffected.

(1) All artworks, photographs, texts, graphics, and other content displayed on this website are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property rights.
